In recent years the two principal airports in Rome have become very popular for in particular European flights. Almost all airline offer cheap flights to Rome from biggest cities in Europe such as London, Paris, Berlin, Madird, Munich, Amsterdam, Brussels etc.

The transfer between these two airports, Fiumicino and Ciampino is very easy compared to some other European airports used by cheap airlines. Both airports are only about 10 to 15 km away from the city center of Rome and it will take approximately 40 minutes to reach Termini the central railway station in Rome.

The travel costs via public transport might only be a 1 Euro. Shuttle busses will charge up to 13,50 Euro. Companies like Terravisione and the airport train from Fiumicino will leave every 30 minutes until late at night.
