B&B Petite Maison - This
spacious Bed and Breakfast is in the central
part of Rome city. After a period of renovations
this Bed and Breakfast has been established most recently. In
the light of its cheap prices and great location it has rapidly
become a favourite place to stay for budget travellers from all
around the world. In total there are 4 rooms, each with two large
beds, simple but refined furnishings and decorations. Equipped
with a modern ensuite bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
Room rates start from 60 Euro for two guests. This B&B is
simply charming. 
B&B Victoria Slightly out
of the tourist areas, short walks will bring you to the Colosseum
and Roman Forum and also to Trastevere and the Pantheon, etc.
The buses and trams are only one step away and very easy to use.
The number 23 takes you straight to St Peter's. In addition to
the owners restaurant, there are very good restaurants in the
area; full of locals,who will make you feel at home and introduce
you to many italian culinary delights and roman specialities (e.g.
Saltimbocca, fresh home made Pasta alla Pescatore etc.. Rome is
such a friendly city - a real delight. Visitors recommend Rome
as an apsolute must when comming to Italy, if is it just for a
short stay or a longer period. 
B&B Smart is located in the center of Rome, in front of the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. Every part of the city can easily be reached from the Termini train station, where you can find the metro, and many buses. Most of the monuments are reachable by foot; Colosseum, San Pietro in Vincoli (with Michelangelo's famous sculpture "Moses"), Piazza Venezia, Piazza di Spagna, the Roman Forum and much more.
From the Termini train station you can reach the hotel by foot. Take the exit Via Giolitti and outside take the Via Gioberti. Walking along Via Gioberti after 3 blocks on your right you will find Via Farini.
